No time to waste commuting to and from the fitness club? Want the best possible one-on-one coaching and absolutely up-to-date training systems, regardless of location? Prefer to work out in your own home?

We can bring it, with our Home Training programme. This includes guidance, if you need it, on equipping your home gym.

Please note: We adhere to Covid-19 safety guidelines, including respiratory shielding, hand hygiene and physical distancing. We want you and our coaches to stay healthy and strong.

YOUR PLACE, YOUR PACE

Train @ Home is built around you, your needs, your potential. Here’s how it goes.

First, we establish your current fitness level. We’ll ask about any relevant injury and medical history, lifestyle and habits. We’ll have you do a handful of fitness tests, appropriate to you, to establish your baseline in running, strength, speed, power, range of motion and flexibility.

Then we’ll work together to create a programme that’s specific to you: a customised balance of elements, including cardiovascular and strength development, and prehab or rehab. As you progress, so does your fitness programme!

Please note: Testing is best done at the BOXING COMPANY facility, because all the equipment is at hand. And we would be delighted to have you see and understand our fitness system at first hand. Of course, if you prefer to begin and continue at home, your coach will bring everything to you.

#1 Goals-based workouts

Every workout is designed to help you meet your goals. Don’t worry if you don’t have specific fitness goals yet! We can help you set them. Our sports science–based training, multiplied by your hard work, will get and keep you in the best shape of your life. Your workouts will evolve to match your changing fitness level.

#2 Anytime, anywhere workouts

You find 45 minutes for us, we train you wherever you are. Our coaches can conduct sessions at your home, a neighbourhood park, your building’s gym — and when you travel for work or pleasure, you can continue training virtually, online! Nothing should come in the way of your fitness growth.

#3 Expert tracking

BOXING COMPANY’s Head Coach will track your improvement personally, to see how you respond to the customised workouts. After every session the club will reach out via email, and you can respond with your feedback on the day’s workout experience and tell us how your body is reacting post-session. The Head Coach will answer your email or phone you for further information or to offer guidance.

#4 Club access 4x per week

 

You have a special pass to visit the club any two days of the week, no extra charge. Please be sure to book ahead of time with the Head Coach. “Please book ahead of time by calling or emailing the Club.”

 

This is an opportunity to learn new techniques and hone your skills. Based on information provided by your regular personal coach, on these occasions you may work with the Head Coach, who will conduct testing or focused training, as needed.

 

Alternatively, you may join any ongoing session you wish, and experience BOXING COMPANY’s system in our fully equipped studio setting.
