THE WORK
Reduce and reverse the impact of lifestyle deficits on your health, with BOXLAB WORKOUT’s customised physiotherapeutic + fitness programming. Deficits could be aches and imbalances caused by long hours of occupational sitting or standing. They could be joint and muscle pain because of imperfect training or over-training. They could include incorrect walking or running mechanics.
Tell us what troubles you: weak back, creaking knees, tight shoulders, aching neck, postural problems, muscular foot pain. We will test you to identify the cause and any risk of further injury, and we will help you fix the problem.
DIGITAL MONITORING
In this programme, we monitor your lifestyle as a whole. We need to know whether and how your everyday life is hurting your health, body and mind. We will help you tackle disrupted sleep patterns and dietary shortcomings, and help you develop and deploy effective recovery strategies.
