THE WORK
This is a 10-round, 45-minute session consisting of modified strength and conditioning (S&C) exercises designed for all-round fitness. The session is divided between two styles of training. Half is spent on endurance drills, including shuffle runs, pushing and endurance. The other half is devoted to bodyweight and resistance training, including squats, pressing, pulling, crunches and jumping. Every workout will be different! Our goal is full-spectrum development — body and mind.

POWER CIRCUIT

THE WORK
Our strength and conditioning (S&C) power circuit focuses on your major muscles. Learn correct technique, then smash through this 45-minute circuit. Follow it up with running drills, explosive medicine ball work and barbell exercises. Build cardiovascular fitness along with strength and speed.

STATIC STRENGTH
WHAT TO EXPECT
THE WORK
This is BOXING COMPANY’s foundational programme, designed as an introduction to the concept of fitness through boxing. Each 60-minute session focuses on a specific area of the body — chest, shoulders, hamstrings, glutes, back, quadriceps and so on — to develop static strength, build muscle and improve stability. Beginners welcome! No previous experience necessary.
